Our in house manufacturing process allows us the flexibility to process express orders and allows us to accommodate bespoke projects.

How we work.
We work with a variety of clients in several sectors to make sure that we provide an excellent result. No matter who we work with, the process is the same, and we take great pride in our consistency. Here is how we work step by step:
Initial Contact
Our dedicated sales team will have a chat with you and arrange your fixed seating project
Understanding the project
After we receive provisional ideas on your project we can then take a step forward and plan out your design.
Recieve a FREE QUOTE
All of our clients are eligible for a free quote. All you need to do is contact our friendly sales team and they’ll be happy to give you one.
Order Confirmation
After the plans and price quotes have been agreed on, a 50% deposit is required, and after that, the site survey can begin.
Site Survey
We will dispatch a team of surveyors to get a feel for your venue and figure out how best to proceed. The manufacturing can begin once this is taken care of.
Manufacturing
Then our joiners will start to build the framework of your seating from scratch, after this, it’s passed onto the upholsterers.
Upholstery and Comfort
The upholsterers then take over, creating templates and cutting the fabrics in the way you want them to.
Delivery & Installation
On the date you request, our dedicated team will then deliver and install your fixed seating to the highest standard possible.
Project Complete
When everything is installed, we then take the final payment; as well as pay a courtesy visit to make sure you’re one hundred percent satisfied.
